Growing up in a family of home builders, Maria knows what goes into creating a quality house. Before beginning her career as a REALTOR® in 2006, Maria worked as a Title Representative and a Mortgage Representative, and as a result, she is well-versed in every aspect of a real estate transaction.
Maria has a hands-on approach with her clients — she is ready to help them whenever they need her, and she wants clients to know that her and her team have everything covered! Along with a team of supportive experts, each week Maria analyzes the market, researches listings and sales, and devotes time to seeking out up-and-coming communities for buyers and builders.
Currently, Maria lives, works, and relaxes in beautiful Gig Harbor.
Q: How did growing up in a family of home builders influence your current role as a REALTOR®?
A: At a young age, I went to the job site and learned how to sand, lay hardwood flooring and trim. I think that that experience as well as having that ‘behind-the-scenes’ perspective has become my greatest strength as a REALTOR®. As new construction makes a comeback in 2014 and permits increase, I look forward to being able to do more work that involves planning and designing a new home along with clients and a general builder!
Q: What are your specialties as a REALTOR®?
A: As far as the kinds of homes and neighborhoods I specialize in go, I work in a variety of areas, including Canterwood, new construction, waterfront homes, condos, investment properties and luxury properties in Gig Harbor. I also consider real estate marketing and contract negotiation to be a couple of my greatest strengths.
Along with my real estate skills, I also set a high standard for myself as a business person. If integrity, experience, knowledge, dedication, thoroughness and technical know-how are important qualities to you, then I believe we would work great together!
