At the same time, she is an expert in negotiating and winning for her clients in multiple offer situations, and she’s always ready to get creative and think outside the box!

Jennifer has been buying and investing in real estate personally for over 20 years, and she is well-equipped to help guide her clients in not only buying a house, but in determining what will be a smart investment for them in the future. Before her career in real estate, Jennifer was a regional sales manager in the pet industry for over 20 years. During this time she managed key accounts throughout the Pacific Northwest, California, and Canada.

Jennifer grew up in Port Orchard, and she currently calls Gig Harbor home. She has lived in Gig Harbor for 15 years now, and she loves the relationships she has in her community—she’s passionate about serving her community, and she also prides herself on shopping local and supporting local businesses. Family is everything to Jennifer, and she is a proud mom to her daughter Hadley Grace. Spending time with her family and seeing life through her daughter’s eyes is what makes Jennifer truly happy. Jennifer has also always had a special place in her heart for animals—she’s a sucker for orange cats! Other passions include traveling, hot yoga, interior design, and kickboxing.


Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?


A: I'm all about relationships. I want my clients to trust me, and I want to make the home buying or selling process as easy for them as possible. I also want them to know I'm there for them every step of the way, whether I’m working to negotiate them through contracts or helping them make a hard decision. I love to think outside the box for my clients, and I pride myself on being available anytime."



Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?


A: I specialize in residential real estate, and I love helping first time home buyers and working with investors.

A: I was at WPP and I left Windermere and decided to come back because the services and technology they provide to their agents is best in class. I'm happy to be back!
