Windermere Professional Partners

Hardworking, driven, loyal, and focused are just a few of the words coworkers use to describe REALTOR® Gordon Hayashi. He is always sincere; people usually connect with him because they feel he is transparent and authentic. Gordon specializes primarily in residential real estate and serves Pierce, King, Snohomish, Kitsap, and Thurston counties. He also spends time with his client base in the Cle Elum, Ellensburg, and Yakima areas.

Gordon’s career in real estate began in the mid-1980s, in a market that is dramatically different than today. He experienced double-digit interest rates, which helped him shape his business characteristics. Before his time in real estate, Gordon worked for King County Superior Court Judicial Administration supervising court records and case exhibits. He helped develop and launch an automated court records system for the public to gain access to files. This certainly utilized his attention to detail and organizational skills!

Gordon is passionate about hosting, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. He has a very intriguing family heritage! His father was Japanese and grew up in Tacoma, and in 1942 his entire family was incarcerated during WWII, causing them to lose their home, businesses, and possessions. Gordon’s mother grew up in Vienna, and at sixteen she fled the Hitler regime to a Bulgarian refugee camp, meeting a US serviceman and falling in love. She later became a widow, and as fate would have it, she met Gordon’s father. Their incredible strength, fortitude, and love for family molded Gordon into who he is today.
