Licensed since 2004, Brandy has been through the bad and the ugly in the housing market, and she believes that her education enables her to successfully market your home. She thoroughly understands market trends and forecasting and keeps a close eye on it all. Throughout her career, she’s worked with many people who are relocating, and she enjoys helping others get acclimated to a new beginning. All of her clients are treated equally, from the first-time homebuyer who may needs tons of questions answered to the savvy move-up buyer and transitioning seller.
A proud Tacoma native, Brandy brings her unique personality to the table. She has a wide variety of interests— one moment, she’s doing yoga and the next, she’s enjoying herself at a social gathering. Brandy also has two beautiful daughters.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: I’m an extremely personable, relationship-based person with an intuitive sense of my clients’ needs. I come with a disclaimer: Although I’m jovial and outgoing, don’t think that I won’t be a strong, aggressive negotiator on your behalf! I’m open, frank, and good at what I do.
I can address all personality and learning types— if you need data and graphs to have things make sense, or bright, colorful storytelling, I’m your girl! It’s my hope that as a REALTOR®, I can make a difference in other people’s lives. I believe that the purchase or sale of a home is one of the most important purchases and decisions someone can make in a lifetime. I believe in respecting my clients’ wishes and truly listening, and I hope to maintain long term relationships with those I assist.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in.
A: I am a Pierce County specialist! I try not to pigeonhole the areas I work in, as my business model is more client centered. Because of my dedication and length of time in the industry, I stay on top of all of the areas in Pierce County. For example, if you are someone who is relocating and you know your home criteria, I have the ability to match you with an area that may meet your needs (for example, newer construction areas, older craftsman homes, I-5 corridor, etc.) rather than only knowing “North Tacoma,” etc.
