Sarah loves being a part of a dynamic company here at Windermere Professional Partners, and we’re grateful for all she does for us! She manages all of our accounting and human resources tasks, including (but definitely not limited to) check processing, agent billings, prepping company financial statements and taxes, payroll, recruiting, hiring, benefits administration, agent orientation and license renewals, and is also in charge of maintaining all financial and personnel records. As you can see, Sarah wears (juggles?!) many hats!
She loves that Windermere encourages teamwork at all levels of the company, and is always looking for new and better ways to provide the best service possible to brokers. She feels valued, appreciated, and enjoys being an expert in her areas of responsibility, while also being presented with new challenges and growth opportunities along the way.
Before joining us in 2009, Sarah spent 11 years working for residential and commercial real estate appraisal firms in the Seattle and Bellevue area. Over the years, she’s gained a variety of experience in office management, human resources, and accounting.
Currently, Sarah lives on the East Hill of Kent, and loves it for its proximity to Seattle, Tacoma and the East Side. Plus, it’s central when it comes to enjoying local parks, shopping and dining options! She loves animals, and has a goody corgi and two crazy cats. When she’s not providing her invaluable services to Windermere, Sarah relaxes by reading, going to movies, swimming, traveling, listening to music, scrapbooking (she’s a big picture-taker!), going for walks, and hanging out with her friends and family.
