Windermere Professional Partners is proud to welcome Stacey Gendreau to the office located at 4701 S 19th Street, Suite 200, in Tacoma!
“Bee Tacoma, it’s a sweet place to live!” As a local beekeeper who loves spending time outside and exploring her community, REALTOR® Stacey Gendreau’s motto says it all. Stacey is a down-to-earth, creative, community-oriented person who is proud to call Tacoma home. She celebrates diversity, and clients can count on her to be reliable and resourceful.
“I specialize in whatever my clients need!” says Stacey. “I am ‘All About Tacoma’ but open to working outside of our beautiful city. I love a road trip, and so does my pup! We have no problem jumping in the car to meet you.”
Stacey’s enthusiasm for our state and city is reflected in her detailed knowledge of local businesses, schools, and recreational opportunities. She’s ready to help guide and narrow your home search so you can find a home that fills all of your wants and needs, or work with you to successfully sell your current home!
“Stacey has a genuine desire to help her clients reach their real estate goals,” says 19th Street Branch Manager Jasmyn Jefferson. “Her professionalism combined with focus is a true asset.”
For Stacey, seeing her clients happy makes her happy. In addition to being an easygoing person who is ready to listen and work hard to achieve her clients’ goals, she’s also great at developing open and honest relationships with both internal and external business partners in order to deliver her clients top-notch results. Staying on top of the latest technologies and techniques to enhance marketing planning and strategies is also of the utmost importance to Stacey, and she’s an expert at using social media to benefit her clients!
Before her career in the real estate industry, Stacey worked as a retail marketing manager where she was in charge of 25 stores in 5 states. Her focus in this role included assessing key market/store performance, providing training to store level management and associates, determining solutions to problems, and working collaboratively to implement solutions.
Currently, Stacey lives in North Tacoma with her partner, and in addition to beekeeping, they both love urban gardening, hiking, kayaking, biking, stand-up paddle boarding, and of course—they LOVE the mountain! Stacey’s family has a cabin up on White Pass that they spend a lot of time at, and family is also very important to her. Spending time with her parents, brother, sisters, nieces, and nephew is a top priority. She also loves animals, and they have a Giant Schnoodle (Standard Poodle Giant Schnauzer) named Carbon.
Travel is also important to Stacey, and she’s adventured to Singapore, Thailand, Costa Rica, all over the U.S., and to a few cities in China (including Beijing, Shanghai, and Qufu). Stacey also enjoys all kinds of music and loves going to concerts.
