Windermere Professional Partners is proud to welcome Mark Anderson!

REALTOR® Mark Anderson has been a real estate professional since 1978, and his clients are certainly fortunate to benefit from his many years of experience! As a result of his time in the industry, Mark is able to anticipate potential issues and is often able to resolve them before they become a problem.

When Mark begins working with a new client, he always wants to hear about their expectations—even if they don’t quite know what to expect! He believes that this helps clients build confidence in moving forward, and it’s a great way to get the conversation started. Mark takes both his clients’ concerns and financial constraints into account when he’s working with them, and he takes pride in the fact that the service he provides is not based around any kind of production quota or goal setting for himself. He’s glad to be at Windermere Professional Partners, in part because of WPP’s atmosphere of like-minded professional REALTORS®!

“Because of the depth of my real estate history, I am a ‘go to’ person for agents and clients with ‘problem properties,’” Mark says. “But if I looked at what I do most and enjoy the most, I would say that I specialize in residential resale homes because it is where most people start and always end their ownership experience.”

Branch Manager Patience Colkitt says, “Mark is a very seasoned agent with over 30 years of full-time experience working with buyers and sellers. Mark holds the prestigious CRS designation," Mark is a fitness and training enthusiast who loves to compete! He has placed top of his class as a triathlete, (running, swimming and biking events) and brings this same high level of energy and commitment serving his customers!”

Mark makes his real estate home in the University Place office located at 2700 Bridgeport Way W, Suite F, until the Puyallup Canyon Road office opens later this year.
