WPP Welcomes Monica Wylie

Windermere Professional Partners is proud to welcome Monica Wylie to the office located at 2727 Hollycroft Street, Suite 210, in Gig Harbor!

REALTOR® Monica Wylie strives to leave everything she touches and every person she meets a little better than she found them. Monica lives by the “HAIL” motto, an acronym that stands for “Honesty, Authenticity, Integrity, and Love,” and it’s easy to see these characteristics shine through in her work as an animal welfare advocate!

“The breadth of Monica’s professional experience—coupled with her calm, steadfast and professional demeanor—makes her a tremendous asset to her clients,” says Gig Harbor Branch Manager Steve Easton. “We couldn’t be more excited that she is part of our office!”

For the past 15 years, Monica has been a catalyst for change in the animal welfare movement. She has seen firsthand how a home can keep families together—and of course, this includes four-legged family members. Monica has also witnessed the devastation that can occur when families are separated due to various circumstances, and she is committed to helping the families in our community stay together. Monica is also dedicated to elevating the position animals hold in our community, and she is guided in part by one of her favorite quotes by Mahatma Ghandi: "The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated."

Prior to her career in animal welfare, Monica spent several years in personal lines insurance as an agent and adjuster, both in property and casualty insurance, as well as life insurance.

Currently, Monica lives in Tacoma. She’s excited to incorporate her life experiences as a member of the Windermere family, and she believes that there’s no place like home! As a football enthusiast, Monica especially loves college football, and she traveled the western states to watch her oldest son play for Southern Oregon University. Soon she’ll have the opportunity to watch her youngest son play DB for the Princeton Tigers as a first-year student, too! (She’ll always be a Washington Husky at heart, though—Go Dawgs!)

Monica also loves comedy, and she believes that when the going gets tough, the tough go to comedy! She enjoys attending stand-up comedy events, especially with her very own stand-up comic.
