WPP Donates $30,000 to Two Local Non-Profit Organizations!

On April 18th 2017, Windermere Professional Partners presented $15,000 to the Liberty Road Foundation and $15,000 to the Family Renewal Shelter in Tacoma!

The Liberty Road Foundation
The Liberty Road Foundation is a local, non-profit organization dedicated to the health, happiness, personal recovery, spiritual growth, and overall well-being of men, women, and children in our community. In 2016, The Liberty Road Foundation donated $31,562 in food supplies to families in need, served of 9,019 meals, and 2,975 children received backpacks filled with school supplies! The Family Renewal Center
Since 1986, the Family Renewal Shelter has offered the necessities of safety and life to domestic violence victims who are at highest risk in Pierce County. Their shelters offer a national 24-hour domestic violence crisis line, case management and legal referrals, emergency advocacy and transportation and more. The Family Renewal Center has helped thousands of men, women, and children find safety, independence and a chance at peaceful and productive new lives. Windermere Professional Partners and The Windermere Foundation
The $30,000 that Windermere Professional Partners donated to these organizations came from the Windermere Foundation. Each time a Windermere Professional Partners REALTOR® sells a home, a portion of their commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization established in 1989. Contributions from Windermere agents combined with contributions from Windermere employees and public supporters have allowed the Windermere Foundation to raise over $33 million for programs and organizations that provide shelter, food, children’s programs, emergency assistance, and other services to those who need our help most.
