Windermere Professional Partners – Seller Series
Our Seller Series is an education series focused on setting the customer service bar high. Providing a continuous high level of customer service requires 3 parts; The Conversation, A Process, and The Right Tools. At Windermere Professional Partners we have all 3. Beginning in March 2014 our Seller Series will showcase our conversation piece as an ongoing series of experienced REALTORS® demonstrating “How to listen your way to being a better Listing Agent”. Each 30 minute segment will have a WPP REALTOR® acting as a seller and a second WPP REALTOR® acting as the Listing Agent in a role playing scenario, and will end with a question and answer period. Each segment will feature different REALTORS® with differing communication styles and personalities, providing our REALTORS® with an inside view of how it works for different communication styles. To complete the conversation portion of our series, Michael Robinson will walk you through the Listing Presentation. The Ninja selling series provides us a process with the sweet 16 seller questionnaire and the pre-listing and listing checklists and presentations. Windermere has provided us with cutting edge technology in the TouchCMA tool. As technology is forever changing, we will provide a workshop on using the TouchCMA tool to provide your client with a clear and concise easy to understand pre-listing and CMA presentation that can be delivered either electronically or in print.
The Seller Series will finish up with “Why and how to do a Brokers Open”, “Why and what we look for on tour” and “How to make the most of an Open House”.
The goal of the Seller Series is to provide you with the conversation, the process and the tools to provide your seller with the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
