This home’s garden is deeply loved and treasured by its current owner—take a moment to read this letter from the home’s seller to see why they cherish it so much:

Regina,

The favorite part of the garden is up by my front door. I love the natural babbling brook next to my flower bed garden. The flower bed garden changes every year due to my wanting variety and change. I'm always pleasantly surprised when my perennials bloom each spring with a bounty of vibrant colors. l enjoy the sound of the stream—it is soothing and therapeutic for me, especially while I'm gardening. I plant new flowers each year amongst the old and enjoy watching how well they do due to the amount of rain and lush soil I have placed them in.

I use my greenhouse to grow seedlings early in the spring, sometimes as early as January. I plant all types of vegetable and flower seedlings each year, as I like to try new things. The tomato seeds thrive the best in my greenhouse.

My favorite memories in my garden have been watching my grandchildren laugh and play in the stream, climb the trees, and play on the playground. They all love coming over to play in my garden and yard. I have hosted many barbecues, showers and parties due to the size of my large patio accommodating a large number of people. This home and garden have been shelter, my safe and therapeutic space and in my heart my deeply treasured home. I have been blessed to have lived here for fourteen years, after moving and living in nine homes as a military wife all over the world. I have to say this has been the best home I have lived in due to the large living space, my beautiful garden and yard, and my soothing babbling stream. I have been truly lucky and blessed to call this home.
