Anders Ibsen Encourages Tacoma Residents to Share Input on Titlow Park Restoration

“Titlow Beach is the gem of west Tacoma, with accessible beachfront and walking trails, a fun spray park for kids, and delicious waterfront dining nearby,” shares REALTOR® Anders Ibsen.

For those who may not know, Titlow Park is a 75-acre park that’s located near the Narrows Bridges right along the water, including Titlow Beach Marine Preserve. In addition to stunning waterfront views and beach area, the park also features spraygrounds, playgrounds, picnic areas, tennis and basketball courts, playfields, and the historic Titlow Lodge.

In recent years, Metro Parks has been updating the park so it can remain a thriving part of Tacoma’s landscape, and you can read about all of the updates here. But Metro Parks isn’t done yet—they’re still working to improve and restore the park.

“Metro Parks wants to hear from you about the long-term future for this park,” says Anders. “Metro Parks has recently conducted several public hearings to hear citizen input. If you're not able to make them, you can always email [email protected] with your questions or feedback.”
