BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY:

Being a proud, lifelong Puyallup/Tacoma kid, it's a safe bet I will be a terrific advocate and resource for you when partaking in local real estate activities. I aim to deliver results that not only just meet but exceed your expectations. Over the length of weeks or months, I get excited about the natural progression from clients to friends-we are about to embark on some giantic life-changing adventures in life and it just wouldn't feel right to sever ties after closing. You can guarantee I will be on your team long after business concludes.

Buying or selling a home can be, at times, an emotional experience so it is my promise to respect your individual needs with empathy and compassion. This experience is one that you will remember for a lifetime, therefore it is my quest to create something you can feel good reminiscing about. I truly believe in providing an exceptional experience because in the end, it is about the people and the relationships, not just business. This is YOUR transaction- I am here to support, guide and educate you through your process.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

For 20+ years, I was a union grocery retail worker (what age did I even start working?!), which provides me with an extensive customer service skill set with a diverse demographic of people. In 2017, I was nominated for Rookie of the Year by the Tacoma Pierce County Association of Realtors. I hold a national designation to work with seniors 55+ (SRES), VA certified to advocate for our veterans and hold a seat on WPP's Broker Advisory Board.

GETTING PERSONAL:

I am a down-to-Earth gal who is always transparent about my shenanigans as a working professional and business owner while also being a wife, mother, and daughter! I find that this makes me less stuffy and more relatable! I prefer donut dates over dinner dates, accesorize my attire with Crayola or toddler snacks, and give back to my community in 30 minute increments every 56 days at Cascade Regional Blood Services. Everyone else was already taken so this is ME!

My smile is my logo, my personality is my business card, the experience I leave behind with my clients after a transaction is my trademark.

Cheers ya'll,

Trish

Finding the right home was a lot easier than I expected . My agent, Trish Stone , understood the criteria I was looking for and was able to find me properties to view quickly. She was knowledgeable, optimistic and patient throughout the process. I would like to thank Windermere Professional...
Trish was very professional, knowledgeable, and just great overall to work with. She answered every question and concern I had promptly. And to the 2nd survey question above. Because I knew Trish through a co-worker, I deeply cared about her commission. And that she was paid well for taking care...
Trish came highly recommended from a long time, highly trusted, friend that also works in the real estate business. He had the utmost trust in her integrity and ability to handle my transaction. His quote to me was, "there are only two people I would trust with my PIN number...
We were looking for someone that would hear our needs and wants in a new home and be able to find homes that would fit those criteria. Trish was very communicative through our entire purchase process. She handled all negotiations with integrity and honesty. We appreciated that as we worked...
For a first time home buyer overwhelmed by the process, Trish really put me at ease. She was always prepared with tons of information about each home we looked at, and if she didn't know something, would immediately contact whomever she needed to get me an answer. She made the...
Using Trish Stone was key for my wife and I finding our dream home and here’s why. We originally planned on building a home and had a “lot” agent from another company to help us. We didn’t feel comfortable with this agent and reached out to Trish to help us...
Trish was the best. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. She was always patient with us and our questions. She always took time to show us houses and speak to us about properties. She went above and beyond many times and showed up to meetings and inspections when...
Trish!!! You found your calling! Not only did you help me sell my previous home under awkward circumstances, yet you stayed neutral which I respect! But you helped me find my dream home, one that I’m sharing with my future wife! I love you Trish stone thanks for making this...
Trish Stone was a blessing to work with. My wife and I knew Trish would have our best interest at heart. Her communication was excellent and her genuine approach gave us a more comfortable experience during a busy emotional process.
I was going through a divorce. Trish didn’t judge when I called her, she jumped right in to help. She did a few walk through, made recommendations. I feel without her help we wouldn’t have sold our house as quickly. She spoke my language which is important!!!
