Tina has had several personal real estate-related experiences as both a buyer and seller, including building a new home and remodeling older homes. Working with a variety of brokers over the years has given her a first-hand look “behind the scenes”. For the past 20 years, Tina has homeschooled her three children to the completion of Associate Degrees through Running Start. She managed multiple schedules and requirements demonstrating respect for each person's needs. Tina has had several personal real estate-related experiences as both a buyer and seller, including building a new home and remodeling older homes. Collaborating with a variety of brokers over the years has given her an opportunity to glean valuable customer service practices. Tina respects the need for good communication, attention to detail and strong follow through. All of these experiences have equipped her to manage the many facets of real estate transactions and customer care.
As her family is moving into a new stage of life, Tina loves having the opportunity to help others move forward in pursuing their home-ownership dreams. Tina lives in Lakewood, and in addition to cherishing time with her family (and all of the dogs that accompany each family member!), she enjoys cooking, traveling, camping, and hiking with her husband.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I like to build connections with people by learning about what season of life they are in and what they like to do for work and for fun. I enjoy finding common ground with people and learning what they are passionate about. I'm available to meet with people in person or connect with them via email, text or phone. I am a bubbly person who likes to meet people and get to know them, and I'm not afraid to be firm in negotiating for my clients.
