Tamara is known for being compassionate yet firm, a go-getter, reliable and trustworthy. In fact, many of her friends and family look to her for sound advice in many tough situations.
Tamara brings an extensive background in customer service and negotiation from her previous careers. Customer service skills she honed while working as a barista/supervisor at Starbucks and various positions in the restaurant industry. Negotiations and an eye for detail were crafted while working as a Fraud Investigator at BECU.
Most recently Tamara worked as a special needs preschool paraeducator for 8 years in the Sumner-Bonney lake school district. During this time she learned an immense amount of experience in patience, de-escalation skills, anticipating needs and most importantly how to ask for help when needed!
As a 20 year resident in Bonney Lake and a volunteer at the Bonney lake food bank she is established in the community. Tamara has a "work hard, play hard" attitude and believes strongly that a healthy work/life/family balance is essential to being successful.
