Stacie has been a real estate agent since 2005, and she has seen it all. Through the real estate bubble of 2008, buyers markets, sellers markets, and the occasional balanced market, Stacie has learned to overcome obstacles and find solutions. She combines a high level of professionalism and in-depth knowledge with her ability to make personal connections with people, and her hands-on, accessible approach to real estate sets her apart.
For Stacie, her caretaker roots began in childhood. Not only does she have several younger siblings, but she helped her mom with an in-home daycare and became the neighborhood babysitter at a young age. As soon as Stacie could drive, she had jobs in hospitality and retails. Eventually, she owned a retail store, and then married someone who ran a construction business. Everything she’s ever done was either customer service related, or educating her about land and homes!
Stacie lives in Bonney Lake, and she loves spending time outside. Stacie and her husband enjoy boating with family and friends. They regularly boat throughout the Puget Sound region, and every year they take extended trips around the San Juans and up the Columbia. She loves camping, exploring the incredibly beautiful Pacficic Northwest, and traveling to different countries to experience different cultures.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I'm definitely a hands-on agent, and I'm with my clients through all aspects of the transaction. From educating people about the buying and selling process to helping them to understand what is going on each step of the way, I do my best to help my clients navigate a sometimes stressful situation. I genuinely care about people, and my goal is to build a relationship that extends beyond the closing of a sale.
Q: What type of real estate do you specialize in?
A: Residential real estate is my specialty, and I love helping sellers prepare their homes for sale. My extensive experience allows me to offer clients insight into what will make their home more appealing to buyers, and I have a proven track record of helping sellers receive the best price for their home. Owning my own staging business also enables me to provide complimentary staging services for all my listings.
