REALTOR® Samantha McFarland is eager to grow her business, and that starts with you! She goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are satisfied. Samantha does her own real estate photography, so she can capture images she knows realtors and clients will love. She ensures people fall in love with their homes! After the transaction closes, Samantha believes in continuing the friendship she develops with her clients during the process. She is a great listener and will act as a shoulder to lean on for years to come.

Samantha’s ambition is motivated by kindness, which is reflected through her work with military families. She is a military relocation professional, and with her VA lender she offers classes on and off JBLM to provide helpful information for free.

Her years in retail management exposed her to both good and bad situations, but no matter the circumstance, Samantha’s dedication always guaranteed the best outcome. Growing up she worked as a floral designer with her mother and grandmother. Together they ran successful wholesale and retail stores for over 2 generations!

Samantha lives in Graham. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She loves to barbecue, smoke meat, and play in the snow when we get some!
