Ryan has extensive local knowledge, having made Pierce County his home in 1992 while earning a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Puget Sound. Not long after graduation, Ryan joined Windermere,and guess what? He met his wife, Grace, while she was purchasing a home!
Together, Ryan and Grace enjoy remodeling their Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home in Proctor near Commencement Bay, purchasing and developing rental properties, and keeping busy with their sons, Jackson and Sydney.
