Openness and honesty are of the utmost importance to REALTOR® Rachel Molina, and she prefers to be straightforward with her clients about things as opposed to sugar-coating them. To Rachel, this quote by Douglas Adams sums up her approach well: "To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." Rachel wants her clients to feel like they can tell her anything and not worry about the outcome, because she will do everything in her power to help solve problems for them with tact and ease.
Before her career in real estate, Rachel went to school for interior design and architecture, was a color consultant for Sherwin Williams, and did kitchen and bathroom remodel design for homeowners. She also worked in distribution and operations for several years, first working for a large distribution center where she did account management for a wide variety of clients. Rachel then moved on to work for a private company where she managed all of their sales and operations for about 3 years until the company closed in 2016. Since then, Rachel has been working on her bachelor's degree in business and her real estate career, all while moonlighting as a bartender at Meadow Park Golf Course.
Particularly in working with sellers, Rachel feels that her background in design is especially useful. She knows how to create a space that’s appealing to buyers, and this knowledge also gives her a better read on buyers, allowing her to really dig in and understand buyers’ needs when it comes to the aesthetics of their new home.
Currently, Rachel lives in University Place. She likes to work on the computer, learning new programs and ways to do things. In her free time, she helps the bar she works at by creating flyers, menus, logos, and other small marketing projects. Rachel is also a second-generation REALTOR®; her father, Richard Molina, has been in the industry for about 20 years.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I am all about communication, and I am readily available via phone, text, email, Facebook—however one prefers to communicate with me. I like face-to-face with clients; it gives me a much better read on who they are as a person and what they are looking for. It also helps me to grow as a person and REALTOR® because seeing how people react to you—the way you speak, dress, act, and present yourself—is important to growing your business and making sure clients are comfortable with you.
Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?
A: Windermere is a company that has built themselves a good name in the industry. I am excited to be a part of a company that is growing and ahead of the curve with their training and expectations of their agents.
