Muaz began his real estate career working as an assistant project manager and broker for a real estate development firm, gaining keen insight in the land development space, while also establishing himself as a real estate broker negotiating residential, land, and commercial real estate transactions. Projects he has worked on include minor-land subdivisions, planned developments, residential projects and affordable housing.
Consulting with many real estate professionals, engineers, contractors, surveyors, planning department officials, financial institutions and management companies to verify studies, cost estimates and effectively negotiate for his clients; this experience makes him effective at studying and evaluating real estate property.
