Energetic, loyal, and authentic, Miles Eaton was raised in Tacoma, WA before heading off to Rhode Island and Miami to study Hospitality Management at Johnson & Wales University. When asked what brought him back to Tacoma, Miles replied: “I have lived in three of the four corners of this country, and nothing compares to the Pacific Northwest, especially Tacoma. I love the unique districts that make up Tacoma, as well as the sense of community this city offers; it honestly feels alive, welcoming, and like home.”
With a degree in Hospitality Management, Miles knows the importance of customer service in a successful business. He spends the time it takes with each client, making them comfortable with any decision they may face. If you are listing your home, Miles will walk step by step with you in identifying the appropriate price based on current market conditions and comparable homes, as well as assisting with making sure that your home is picture ready for professional photos and video. Miles will market your home through several marketing channels such as social media, the internet, in-person showings, and open houses.
If you are looking for a new house to call home, Miles will take the time to truly understand your needs, wants, and wishlist. From that point, the search begins and you can be sure that Miles will be your advocate throughout the entire process.
Before real estate, Miles was in the hospitality industry as the Assistant Director of Convention Center Sales at Travel Tacoma. Here he was responsible for marketing and selling Tacoma + Pierce County to travelers and tourists, as well as the Greater Tacoma Convention & Trade Center to convention groups.
Currently Miles Lives in Tacoma with his partner Jesse (a Professional Horse Trainer) and their three dogs. In their free time they love being outside, whether going for a hike, being on the water, or checking out the ever-growing and inspiring neighborhoods that Tacoma has to offer.
