Michaela has many years of experience providing incredible service to clients and customers. She previously worked in the medical field, and a huge part of her job was building relationships and helping her patients work through a complicated and emotional time in their lives. Michaela also started her own online clothing business and was able to build something she is very proud of—she proved to herself that she has what it takes to build a successful business.
It’s no surprise that Michaela has had such successful roles in the past—she has been working since she was 14 years old in a wide variety of fields! She has worked as a medical assistant, cardiac monitor technician, barista, and has also worked in chemistry labs, piercing ears, bucking hay, and more. Something remains true across each and every job Michaela has had, and that is the relationships she has built. She still talks to some of her customers from years ago, and some of her very best friends used to be her coworkers and managers from over a decade ago. Michaela is deeply committed to her work and the people around her!
Presently, Michaela lives in Auburn, and one of her favorite things to do is to take her 3-year-old on adventures. They love going on camping trips and making memories together!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I'm all about building genuine relationships. It's my job to make my clients feel comfortable and understood. I know that everyone has unique stories and needs, and I love to learn all I can about each individual so that I can meet them exactly where they are. Former co-workers describe me as having great interpersonal skills, being a clear and concise communicator, always going above and beyond, and having a fun and uplifting personality. I treat everyone with the care and attention that I would want for a family member. That means open communication, and fighting for the best outcome for my client.
