Michaela MacFarlane

“Always treat people with kindness!” is REALTOR® Michaela MacFarlane’s motto, and she demonstrates this by going above and beyond for her clients. Their needs are her top priority! Michaela believes staying in touch with the people closest to you is very important in real estate. She creates long lasting connections with clients by sending cards in the mail, giving a quick phone call, or even popping by to say hello. This lets people know that you’re thinking about them, and makes them feel important, which they are! Michaela specializes in residential real estate in Pierce County and surrounding areas, primarily Puyallup, Buckley, and Bonney Lake.

Before working in real estate, Michaela held a variety of jobs from retail to working as a line cook, and these roles prepped her for working with people from all walks of life. Then she was a file manager with WPP for multiple years. Seeing how top agents perform and provide for their clients gave her a realistic glimpse into the industry, and she now knows the kind of REALTOR® she wants to be. This also allowed her to become very comfortable with forms and standards of practice!

In her spare time Michaela enjoys drawing and painting. She also travels with her partner and friends; whether it’s just a day trip to the ocean or a getaway to a brand new place, nothing beats good times with great friends. Michaela is a foster parent through the Tacoma Humane Society. She regularly fosters kittens and helps connect them with families to provide them with a safe and loving forever home!
