REALTOR® Mark Anderson has been a real estate professional since 1978, and his clients are certainly fortunate to benefit from his many years of experience! As a result of his time in the industry, Mark is able to anticipate potential issues and is often able to resolve them before they become a problem.

When Mark begins working with a new client, he always wants to hear about their expectations—even if they don’t quite know what to expect! He believes that this helps clients build confidence in moving forward, and it’s a great way to get the conversation started. Mark takes both his clients’ concerns and financial constraints into account when he’s working with them, and he takes pride in the fact that the service he provides is not based around any kind of production quota or goal setting for himself. He’s glad to be at Windermere Professional Partners, in part because of WPP’s atmosphere of like-minded professional REALTORS®!

Before his career in real estate, Mark attended college at Pacific Lutheran University and worked in the family construction business. This experience allowed him to learn about how buildings are constructed and fixed. Today, Mark lives in Puyallup, and he is an “age group” triathlete competitor. He loves endurance sports and how they can easily take your mind and body to new places!

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I am happy to communicate with clients in the way they like to be communicated with. I believe that my personality is unique in that people are typically more relaxed around me and feel more open to express their concerns.

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?

A: Because of the depth of my real estate history, I am a “go to” person for agents and clients with “problem properties.” But if I looked at what I do most and enjoy the most, I would say that I specialize in residential resale homes because it is where most people start and always end their ownership experience.
