Kirk Lent believes that there is no better place to live and play than in Gig Harbor, and he is ready to help you find the perfect place! With his education and experience in construction, land development and shoreline regulations, Kirk helps his clients to make all of the right decisions.

After graduating from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Kirk began a career in construction where he contributed to building high rises, hospitals, schools and nursing homes. During this time, he bought, renovated and sold several homes around Gig Harbor and Tacoma. The real estate bug took hold of him, and it wasn’t long before he decided to steer his career more towards land development and private resort communities. His focus is now on Gig Harbor, where he has worked as a broker for over a decade.

But Kirk says… enough about him! He wants to know about you. A keen listener, Kirk wants to really get to know his clients: What kind of a person are you, and what are you looking for? He believes that understanding these things and beyond will better empower him to help you make one of the most important decisions of your life.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you?

A: Simply put, I am a research addict! My clients love that I am prepared with the facts about the market and the homes that they’re interested in.

Q: Tell us more about the neighborhoods you specialize in— what do you love about them?

A: My focus is in the neighborhoods to Gig Harbor, a fantastic place to raise a family with top-notch public schools and a unique setting right on the beautiful Puget Sound. The topography allows for incredible views of the bays and islands, as well as Mt. Rainier. The waterfront features passages and bays that offer incredible opportunities for boating, skiing and fishing.
