Having spent her entire life in the Pacific Northwest, Kim understands the appeal of the area and what it has to offer. Her local knowledge comes from spending much of her time living throughout Snohomish and Skagit counties, and she started her real estate career in the Marysville area. Kim has had the opportunity to help clients in Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, and King counties, and knowing the local area allows her to provide that knowledge to her clients when they’re looking for just the right community to live in.
Currently, Kim lives in Grapeview, and she loves everything about her community, the Key Peninsula, and Gig Harbor area. She enjoys exploring the South Sound, and she and her husband have owned their waterfront property in Grapeview for over a decade now. Kim’s happy that they decided to live there full-time—they love the lifestyle it offers! The area has so much to enjoy, including some of Kim’s favorite activities like hiking, biking, and golfing. She also loves spending time with their four children and their families, especially their four grandsons.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: My style is fairly laid back. I like to get to know my clients so I have a better understanding of who they are and what they want. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases someone makes, whether you are a first time home buyer, moving to a new area, buying a second home, or moving from a home you raised a family in. I prefer to meet my clients face to face so I have a chance to get to know them, and vice versa!
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I enjoy working with many different types of people, especially those in the military since our son and daughter-in-law are in the Army. When families are asked to move to a new location, I understand that it's a very stressful time and my job is to help you make finding a home as easy as possible. I also enjoy working with people that are looking to right size their homes.
