REALTOR® Kate Dumas is career driven, and she’s ready to provide quality care for her clients in a calm, consistent, and detail-oriented manner! Kate comes from a family always kept up with the real estate market, and this led to her pursuing her dreams as an agent. Before her career in real estate Kate worked in a radiology clinic at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. She spent two years there, and working in a small clinic taught her the value of teamwork, which will serve her well as an agent!

Kate was raised in a military family; she has called a lot of different places home, and quickly adapts to new surroundings. She’s always meeting new people and excels at putting her clients first. Your goal is her goal, and she’ll be there to help every step of the way. When she’s not working, Kate loves to spend time in the sun. If it’s a nice day out she’s probably outside soaking it up!
