Kara Jess

Repeat clients and referrals are the foundation of REALTOR® Kara Jess’s business. She is a relationship-based agent, and she wants her clients to feel cared for as she guides them through the entire process with honesty. Kara works hard to ensure people are heard and valued, and she always chooses to do the right thing over the easy thing, so all parties win! She has advanced expertise in family/trusts estates, relocation, and luxury listing services, serving clients in Pierce, Thurston, and South King counties.

Before her career in real estate Kara worked for Boeing, where she was a liaison between the company and airline customers. This required her to work with many groups to create solutions, bringing both parties together. When she isn’t working, Kara focuses on energy healing and living a holistic lifestyle; she regularly attends sound baths, practices different aspects of the metaphysical, and uses herbs, teas, etc. She also loves spending time with her children and traveling with her husband; they've gone to many places including England and Scotland. They love learning about different areas and cultures!

A: WPP is community-based, and I think this is unique compared to other companies. This is important to me in a brokerage and company - to be a part of something bigger than myself.
