REALTOR® Jessica Sieracki’s main goal as an agent is to make sure her clients know she is their advocate, all while providing a superior level of service. In the past, Jessica had a couple of substandard real estate experiences, and is committed to making sure her clients never have to go through the less-than-ideal situations she did!
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Jessica graduated from the Art Institute with a Bachelors degree in graphic design. During school, she worked for a large trade show producer in Las Vegas as a 3-D exhibit designer. After moving to Portland, OR she went on to work for Nike as an architectural designer and remodeled their retail stores to the “Fieldhouse” design. Jessica also freelanced for several REALTORS®, which is what sparked her interest in becoming an agent herself! Her experience in design benefits both her and her clients, as she uses her skills to market her clients’ properties.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: Coming from a design background, I am especially drawn to architectural features and aesthetics.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I would like to focus on neighborhoods with lots of character, and for me, that means Fircrest, University Place, West Slope, and North Tacoma. Coming from a design background, I am drawn to architectural features and aesthetics. I want to focus my efforts on selling modern homes (contemporary, mid-century, fixers with modern potential).
