Heather has been in real estate for 18 years. During this time, she has successfully closed nearly 1,000 transactions, and along the way she has learned how to overcome just about every problem or issue that comes up. Heather has been on over 500 home inspections (she knows exactly what to look for in a home!), she has developed sharp negotiating skills, and she has also developed several partnerships with professionals who can assist her clients. Heather has built relationships with lenders, title experts, contractors, other agents, and many more professionals in the real estate industry, and she is ready to help you with anything you may need!
Heather has worked hard to become an expert in her field, she thrives on helping others build wealth through real estate. Before her real estate career, Heather was a television news anchor and reporter in Oregon, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Today, Heather lives in Gig Harbor, and she loves the water! Boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking are her favorite things to do, and she is passionate about animals.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I thrive on educating people about the benefits of home ownership. I am very upfront and honest and will tell you the truth even if it isn't what you want to hear. I work every day and I take my career as a full time Broker very seriously. I strive to be the best in my field. I also have a team which includes a buyer’s agent, showing assistants, a stager, professional photographer and marketing team.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I specialize in many types of real estate. I am very knowledgeable about the VA Home buying process, I’m a certified VA Relocation Specialist, and I have listed/sold hundreds of homes. I specialize in helping people do what is needed to sell their homes for top dollar. I own investment properties and have helped many investors buy and sell their own investment properties. I have had rental properties for over 20 years and love to teach people about the benefits of owning investment property.
