As someone who is naturally compassionate and optimistic, REALTOR® Ferrah Seifert has made helping others the primary focus of her career. She is results driven and enjoys strategizing with her clients on how to achieve their goals with ease. Ferrah knows firsthand that buying or selling a home can be stressful, so she draws upon her years of experience in education, counseling, real estate and yoga to support her clients. Her calm demeanor allows for even the most nerve-wracking tasks to be completed with a sense of peace.

Born and raised in the Tacoma area, Ferrah attended school in University Place and graduated from Curtis High School. After earning her Bachelors in Psychology from Western Washington University, she moved to Seattle where she lived for 10 years. At the University of Washington School of Medicine Ferrah served as a curriculum renewal project manager where she collaborated with various faculty, staff and students to implement their new curriculum across five states. This position honed her attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with a broad range of stakeholders. She also worked as a real estate transaction coordinator, where she gained extensive experience with sales contracts, timelines, and various vendors utilized in the home buying and selling process.

As a PNW native, Ferrah knows the ins and outs of neighborhoods along the I-5 corridor from here to Bellingham. She loves seeking out new restaurants, shops, and outdoor activities for herself and her family, and she enjoys spending time cooking, hiking, and practicing yoga and meditation. Ferrah also loves meeting new people—she has a wide sphere of influence, and she’s enthusiastic about building friendships and strong ties within the Puget Sound region!

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I'm an empathetic listener whose main goal is to understand my clients’ needs and wants so that I can best serve them. I use mindful and honest communication to build trust and lifelong relationships. I treat my clients as friends and use my diverse work history in education to effectively and patiently explain complex concepts.
