For over 20 years, Dave worked in the retail customer service industry and is highly trained in both leadership and personal coaching. Dave is known for being a very empathetic and compassionate person, and these traits empower him to stay connected and focused on his clients’ wants and needs, in turn giving them a highly satisfied buying or selling experience.
Dave honorably served in the United States Marine Corps for 5 years, and also worked as a general manager, leadership coach, and personal coach in the automotive retail industry for 17 years. During this time he assisted thousands of clients with their purchasing experiences, and he also trained, mentored, and coached hundreds of consultants on the qualities and processes needed to provide the highest level of customer-focused experience to their clients. Dave also started and runs a successful consulting business where he helps high-level ownership with leadership coaching and management training, all the while working with businesses to create dynamic cultures for their employees and customers.
Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, Dave is a Midwest native. He’s lived in Gig Harbor since 2004, and he enjoys exploring and hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Dave is also a huge sports fan and loves attending concerts featuring several different types of music. As a dedicated father of 2 amazing children, he drives to be the best role model possible. He’s also passionate about mindfulness education, brain science, and overall mental and physical wellness, and believes that positivity and our attitudes are a choice. Dave believes that if we’re not growing everyday we’re going backwards, and he is committed to daily personal growth!
