REALTOR® Daniel Tilley takes pride in the fact that he treats his clients with the same care and honesty he gives his friends and family. He’s not afraid to ask the tough questions so you can be sure you’re making the best decision for yourself!

Daniel knows that buying and selling real estate requires a great deal of communication and working together, so it’s important to him that he and his clients are a good fit. He’s careful not to overextend himself by taking on too many clients at once so he can be sure to have the availability and ability to provide dedicated service and care to his clients at any given time. Because Daniel values your time and believes that everyone deserves a great advisor and advocate, if he does not feel he can meet your needs and expectations, he will be honest with you up front and connect you with a broker who can!

After graduating from UW Tacoma in 2004, Daniel became a real estate broker. His business started before the internet ruled real estate and before the market crashed, benefits that have given him a wide range of experience. This includes helping people buy and sell homes in even extreme market conditions, as well as both traditional and technological skills. Daniel is definitely ready to best serve his clients in their specific market’s climate.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I’m sincerely myself when working with people—not a character in sales mode. I’m easy going and fun to work with, and while I’m adept at negotiating and strategizing, I also enjoy the lighter side of real estate. Joking around and being candid with clients about the quirks and misgivings of homes is as fun and real as appreciating their character and features.

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?

A: I’ve never lived in a home newer than one built in 1940, and I currently live in a home that was built in 1900. With an affinity for old homes, I’m very familiar with their benefits and possible drawbacks. Waterfront living is also something I have personal experience in and a love for, and I’m knowledgeable regarding our areas of lakefront, creek and saltwater properties. I primarily help people buy and sell these types of homes in Tacoma and West Pierce County.
