Cyrus Bonnet is your go-to JBLM dedicated military and veteran real estate professional. After serving in the Army, Cyrus recalls that despite everything he learned during his time in the military, no one ever taught him about the value of buying a home. Cyrus decided to dedicate his business to not only assist those in the military, but to also teach them about their VA home loan benefits. Based on firsthand experience, his understanding of the military lifestyle allows him to accommodate veterans on a variety of levels.
After working in construction after high school, Cyrus joined the Army when he was 23 and become a Forward Observer, Joint Force Operator and a Raven Operator. Following traveling the world and a tour in Iraq, Cyrus was medically discharged due to a bad hip. He pursued his education at Tacoma Community College and Pierce College to study business, and soon found out that he loved working with real estate!
Cyrus has a few simple mottos that he lives by: Treat people the way you want to be treated, be fair to everyone (including yourself), and never give up, even in doubt. He believes that the values he learned in the Army helped him succeed in his military career, and help him to be a successful REALTOR® today!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: I believe that the key to a happy client is to properly communicate with them. Don’t leave them guessing and waiting for answers— set their expectations up correctly and make everything as smooth as possible! I know that the realm of real estate can be confusing sometimes, but I am here to guide clients through the process and answer any questions they may have. I also have the technological know-how to get clients the most accurate and up-to-date stats from the market to empower them in their process of buying or selling. As a Windermere Broker, I also have the resources necessary to get your buying or selling needs accomplished in a fast, accurate and professional manner.
I am a business person and my job is to find my clients a home that fits their needs and wants. Your goal is my first priority, and my goal is your satisfaction and comfort! We all need a roof over our heads, and I am honored to help you get the roof you want!
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in.
A: Due to my clientele, I don't so much focus on neighborhoods, but rather the client. Military personnel come from all over and are made up of different characteristics, so I have to be able to accommodate their needs. Many enjoy having more land, so I often show properties in Puyallup, Graham, Spanaway. Some enjoy city life more, so I show them around Tacoma, Lakewood, etc. So, I have to know a little bit about all of the neighborhoods in this area to achieve the goals of my clients.
