Carly Bingham

REALTOR® Carly Bingham knows that buying and selling a home can be a high-anxiety situation, and she believes that if she’s doing her job well, her clients will feel comfortable, informed, and as relaxed about the process as possible. Described by her past colleagues as being a good listener, a quick learner, and a kind person who truly cares about people’s well-being, REALTOR® Carly Bingham brings her next level understanding of real estate and open communication to each transaction.

As someone who wants to treat her clients the way that she would want to be treated, Carly makes sure to deliver an experience that is not only satisfying to her clients, but impressive. Carly’s 3 years of experience working with the top producing real estate team, RM Home Specialists, taught her how to be the best possible advocate for both buyers and sellers. Carly worked as a file manager for the team and learned the ins and outs of all forms and contracts, and she gained hands-on experience with real estate marketing, including social media and brand awareness. She also built relationships with lenders, title and escrow professionals, a large variety of vendors who help with listing preparation and different steps throughout each transaction, REALTORS®, and more. RM Home Specialists was a very busy team, and Carly brought her perfectionist nature to helping them meet deadlines, keep transactions tidy and follow-up consistently.

Carly was born in Arizona, grew up in University Place (she graduated from Curtis High School), spent a few years in Bellingham at Western Washington University, and now currently lives in Lakewood. Before establishing her career in real estate, she worked at a large dealership in the office and finance department, running credit apps for loan approvals, handling legal forms and contracts, and working closely with clients throughout their deals. This job taught her the importance of client communication, attention to detail when signing legal paperwork, and that no matter what someone may be buying or selling, it is a big deal.

Carly is passionate about interior design, home remodel or updating and just expressing her creativity in any way she can. She enjoys trying new local restaurants, happy hours and activities to recommend to clients moving into town from out of the area. Carly loves the PNW and can’t imagine living and establishing those roots anywhere else. Family and self-care are very important to Carly, she loves to spend time with her friends and her pup, Freddy but also take that down time that everyone needs – It is an important part of her business, to make sure her clients remain top priority while ensuring she is taken care of in order to best serve them.



Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: I am a detail-oriented person by nature, so I aim to listen for the details in order to best understand each client’s wants and needs. Everyone is different, and everyone purchases and sells differently—some people are more emotional while some are more analytical. Communication is the foundation to any relationship, but I believe that miscommunications are where most problems arise. I want to have an open line of communication; if there are ever any questions or concerns, I want my clients to feel comfortable enough to ask me anything and at any time! I hope to manage expectations throughout the transaction and want to have those conversations with my people in order to stay real and be transparent. My style changes depending on my clients’ needs; it is always evolving because each client requires and deserves a different type of service—a service that actually caters to their ways.
Real estate can be scary for some because of the unknown, so I work to gain my clients trust so that they know that I have their best interest in mind.


Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?

A: I work in residential real estate to help my clients buy and sell single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. I am a University Place native and know Tacoma, University Place, Lakewood, and Steilacoom very well, but can serve throughout greater Pierce County with confidence.


Q: Why are you excited to join Windermere Professional Partners?

A: I love WPP and the people so much. Although it is all I know, I still don't have any desire to go anywhere else. There are so many resources to help support brokers, and now since I've been on both sides (as a new agent now and a "staff"/admin role before), I see and use as many benefits WPP offers as possible because it's actually GOOD material. They provide things of actual use and quality. It also helps to have an owner who is extremely easy to talk to.
