Ashley Evergreen

Ashley, REALTOR®, is warm, knowledgeable, and focused - she gets what needs to be done, done. She values leveraging technology, intentional communication along with other project management skills and market expertise, to offer her clients a custom experience tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Ashley’s experience in the industry started in grade school when her mom, Shari Crumbaker-Miller kicked off her career as a high volume Realtor here in the South Sound. Ashley often followed her mom to client appointments, home tours, and showings. Later in life, Ashley studied Pastoral Ministry and Biblical Studies at Northwest University in Kirkland and entered full time ministry in the evangelical church. Years of pastoral care and counseling experience built skills Ashley uses to help clients navigate the difficult transitions often occurring around buying or selling real estate. In 2016, Ashley left ministry and the faith as their American White Evangelical values did not align with her own values around children & family, feminism, anti racism work, and the LGBTQIA community.

After a few years staying home when her children were very young, she made a career shift into tech consulting in early 2018 with The Spur Group, project managing large scale projects business groups within Microsoft. In 2019, Ashley accepted a role with Redfin Real Estate as a Listing Concierge which offered more schedule flexibility as a working mom. This role was focused on sellers and leveraging project management skills to ensure they received the highest return on their investment when they listed their properties on the market. As the unique needs of the pandemic arose, Ashley’s motherhood responsibilities required resignation from Redfin to be home with her two children. In fall 2021 when her kids were enrolled in school full-time again, she returned to real estate doing transaction support and business operations for two high-volume real estate teams. Winter 2022 Ashley passed her WA state Real Estate Broker Exam and affiliated her license with Windermere Professional Partners with the goal of building her own business and real estate practice.

Ashley has two children Millie (9 years) and Titus (6 years) and a year old mini Irish doodle, Dolly Parton. She is raising them with her co-parent and partner of 10 years, Remi. She loves to travel, see local music and art and theater, explore local parks and trails, and visit her family beach house in Ocean Shores. She also enjoys hiking, running, and open water swimming!
