REALTOR® Alison Easley has been in real estate for over 7 years, and not only does Alison have her own staging company, but she also has a counseling degree. To Alison, selling or buying a home is not just a business transaction—it’s an emotional experience, and having been a counselor, she knows the importance of really listening to her clients and supporting them in the transition.
Alison is an expert on preparing homes for sale, and through her staging company she provides complimentary staging services to all of her clients. She’s ready to roll up her sleeves and get in there with her clients, and she also provides design, staging, and organization instructions to help her clients maximize their home’s potential before listing it for sale.
Before Alison’s real estate career, she worked in various sales roles, from Anheuser Busch to the Entertainment book. She also has a Masters of Education in Guidance and Counseling and she worked in elementary schools as a school counselor. Additionally, Alison spent several years at home raising her sons. Thanks to her former career choices, Alison can now draw on several of her well-honed skills to benefit her real estate clients!
A native to Pierce County, Alison has lived in the area for her entire life. She’s called Lakewood, Tacoma’s North End, West Tacoma, and Gig Harbor “home” over the years, and she knows the entire area and all of the intricacies of what it has to offer. Currently she lives in Lakewood, and she loves spending summers out on the Puget Sound and enjoying the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest. Alison also loves home renovation and remodeling, design and decoration, and finding old furniture and refinishing it!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I'm very involved with my clients when we are selling their home or looking for a new home—I'm invested in their process and we are partners. My goal is to make my clients experience as pleasant and turnkey as possible so they don't have to worry about anything being overlooked. I oversee and participate in all aspects of the transaction. I work with lenders, title and escrow closely so I know that every detail is being handled and my clients can rest assured that they are taken care of.
