Real Estate Runs in Our Blood.

Morgan and Riley both have separate family ties to real estate, raised by parents who are still real estate brokers to this day. At a young age, helping run the front desk, setting up open houses and going on property tours were part of the norm. Real estate has been a family business for them, and like a lot of small businesses, family involvement is one of the keys to success.

Work Ethic, Work Ethic, Work Ethic.

Real estate brokers have a low barrier for entry to start practicing, and an even lower one to keep practicing. Of all the brokers in Washington State, maybe 10% should be helping people sell or find their next home. Real estate is not rocket science, but it does require work ethic. Work ethic to monitor the market daily, invest in continuing education, address all avenues when buying or selling in a multiple offer listing, feedback follow up when listing your home, and the list goes on. Morgan and Riley are willing to put the time in, every time, day or night to prove to you they deserve to be in that 10%.

Enjoying the Area.

Morgan and Riley are local real estate agents and value the local gems of the Greater Seattle Area. Having a beer and hotdog at The Red Hot in Tacoma, riding horses in Woodinville, working out at the local YMCA, strolling through Pikes Place Market or enjoying some coffee at Olympia Coffee Roasters are all on the table when not in the grind of real estate. The Greater Seattle Area has so much to offer and they take advantage whenever they have time.
