Regina Madiera-Gorden is dedicated to “Keeping it Real Estate,” an approach that allows her to take a very real and personalized approach to each client. When Regina works with people, she works from the heart, and this all stems from the fact that she feels humbled and honored to work with people during some of the most important times of their lives— buying or selling a home.

As a top-producing REALTOR®, Regina enjoys educating, motivating and inspiring people to realize and accomplish their real estate goals. Part of this, of course, including educating herself as well: Regina has learned new strategies and systems along the way in order to grow and help her clients get the most out of the real estate market. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Regina worked as a marketing assistant and transaction coordinator for some of the top REALTORS® during the height of the market.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you?

A: My style is authentic and friendly! I like to get to know people and ideally build lifelong relationships. I ultimately want people to feel like I’m a trusted family friend whom they feel comfortable being themselves around. Everyone deserves to work with people who “get” them and who respect the way they make decisions and the way they like to communicate. I strive to know my clients on that level and to provide them with the very best “full scale” real estate services available.

And of course, let’s not forget the fun factor! A recent client of mine told me how much she appreciated my sense of humor throughout the process, and it helped to relieve some of the stress involved with her transaction.

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in.

A: I live, work and play in University Place— I’m most involved in the community here and I absolutely love it! But I also love working in the North End, Lakewood and Gig Harbor, too. I’ve lived in each of these areas, and clients can rest assured that I bring my own personal knowledge and perspective when they’re searching in those areas. I’ve helped many first-time homebuyers and move up/move down buyers find the perfect home and transition into the next step of their lives.

Our family initially contacted Regina by requesting an experienced real estate agent that could start working with us as soon as possible.
