Monica Scoutten

As a committed and invested real estate professional, REALTOR® Monica Scoutten brings over a decade of experience in the real estate industry to each of her clients’ transactions. She knows that each individual has their own unique needs, and so often, a successful transaction all comes down to the right timing!

Monica was first licensed as a real estate agent in 2008 when the market started to fall apart, and she quickly learned that her business would thrive because of the relationships she built, as well as her hard work and grit.

Monica’s husband is currently active duty and has been in the U.S. Army for 17 years. She can relate to the unpredictability of military life, and recently Monica put her real estate career on a temporary pause while their family lived in the UK from 2018 to 2020. Monica now lives in Tacoma, and she is a mother of 3, and soon to be 4. She enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring new areas, and baking gluten-free cookies.
