For LeRoy Smith, it’s all about home. He enjoys being around people, and likes to assist them in whatever way he can during the process of buying and selling their homes. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, LeRoy worked with the Hobart Corp. for 32 years. Half of his time there was spent as a service technician, and the other half was spent in administrative positions, including Branch Manager. Q: What can clients expect when working with you?

A: During the buying and selling process, I believe that people generally want to know what’s going on, so I work hard to communicate with them in a timely manner. I actually answer my phone when it rings! Also, I really consider myself to be an easygoing person with a positive attitude.

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in.

A: I don't specialize in neighborhoods so much as I do people. I have served clients in Western Washington, from Seattle to the Olympia area, as well as in Kitsap county, where I live now.
