A creative, knowledgeable REALTOR®, Kristin Niebergall is ready to bring her unique perspective to each and every one of her clients. Whether you’re a first time home buyer with a growing family, or looking to downsize in retirement, Kristin loves it all!
Before becoming a REALTOR®, Kristin obtained her MBA while working for USAA in Frankfurt, Germany. After returning to the U.S., she held Marketing and Project Management positions at Nike and Daimler, as well as a Marketing Coordinator position at The Rush Companies in Gig Harbor. In 2006, Kristin decided to become REALTOR® and partnered up with her mother, Mary Loovis, who then retired in 2010.
Q: We want to hear about your REALTOR® style— what makes you unique?
A: I like to arm my clients with knowledge so that they can make sound decisions for themselves— I am a consultant who educates. I know that it's not about me, it's about them, and I have no hidden agenda. I want what's best for clients; I want them to have a great experience with me, and I want them to feel empowered to make great choices! My clients and I are a team.
Clients can also expect my honesty. I know that the path to a successful sale or purchase is not always easy or pretty, but I am open every step of the way and I help them face issues head on. I also bring creativity to the table, whether it is through marketing, negotiating or problem-solving.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: I meticulously help them prepare their homes to sell! This includes launching the listing, helping to highlight the wonderful features of the home, marketing the listing in creative and eye-catching ways, and doing everything I can to help my clients get the greatest price in the shortest amount of time.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: Instead of casting a wide geographical net, I have chosen to focus on a few key areas, including University Place, Tacoma, Lakewood, Steilacoom and Gig Harbor. I feel that by focusing in on a few neighborhoods, my clients can be better represented. I have gotten to know these communities well and have a pulse on the market specifically in these communities, which enables me to be a better advisor.
