Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Janelle sold wine, beer, and spirits in Seattle and Tacoma to restaurants and independent retailers. She acted as a consultant, guiding her clients in choosing the products that worked best for their businesses. Of course, the skills that Janelle developed in the wine business are well-suited to helping her clients with their unique real estate needs as well!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I'm an attentive listener, and I want to understand the motivation and goals of the people I'm working with so I can better serve them. Keeping the client up-to-date as their deal progresses is very important to me, as I know it is reassuring for my clients to know that I am on top of every issue along the way.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I specialize in residential real estate in Tacoma and the surrounding areas. I especially enjoy learning about the history behind the many 100-year-old (and sometimes even older!) homes we have here. We live in such an amazing place with so much to offer, and sharing that with people is very rewarding!
