As a full-time, full service Real Estate Specialist, Chris Barrett has over 30 years of real estate experience, including buying, selling, building, remodeling, and owning rental properties. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1988, he started a construction and development company with his father, and Chris’s background as a General Contractor provides his clients with a level of expertise that few other agents can provide. After many years of success as a builder, he chose to get his real estate license in 2004 and worked for John L. Scott in University Place. In 2010 he joined us at Windermere Professional Partners!
Chris has lived in University Place for his entire life, and has worked for clients in nearly every county in Washington. He loves helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals anywhere across the state, but especially loves working with buyers and sellers in his own hometown!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: I know that buying or selling real estate can be one of the most exciting or stressful times of your life, and I help my clients through every step of the process. I am easy to work with, honest, hardworking, and I plan on exceeding your expectations!
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: I specialize in residential real estate in King, Pierce, Thurston and Mason Counties. I do a lot of work with "flippers," helping them find great deals, often loaning them money, and ultimately getting them top dollar for the homes they have remodeled. I have also had great success negotiating short sales for my clients.
