With 20 years of experience in community service, REALTOR® Steven Easton remains rooted in a "service-first" mentality as a trusted real estate advisor to all of his clients. He truly understands how and why his clients' interests come first!

Steven believes that client satisfaction can only be judged by the client. That may seem overly simple, but no matter what anyone else may think, the success of a purchase or sale can only be gauged by the fulfillment of a client's wants and needs as assessed by the client alone! Steven understands that meeting the requisite needs of his clients is the premiere factor in measuring his success as a REALTOR®. In fact, it is what keeps Steven true to his intended function and facilitates the effective service of his clients' interests.

As a big fan of the Pacific Northwest, Steven has chosen to work in the South Sound for the same reason he has chosen to live here: He’s in love with our corner of the world! Having been born and raised in the Arizona desert, Steven has an authentic appreciation for the South Sound and the lifestyle it affords us. His love for our community extends to the care he takes in helping his clients purchase or sell the very property that comprises the place he loves so much and has chosen to raise his family. As a REALTOR®, Steven is able to serve the interests of his friends and neighbors while taking an active and supportive role in our community.

Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?

A: Considerate and collaborative are the best ways to describe my communication style. I am at my best in the service of my clients’ interests when I truly understand their wishes and needs. If I can truly listen, then advise and listen again, my clients and I can form a plan that will clearly chart the action I need to take to fulfill their needs. Communication is at the core of my relationship with my clients—it is where I find and refine my direction!

Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?

A: As a resident of Gig Harbor, I enjoy specializing in single family and vacation homes that truly take advantage of what the South Sound has to offer. From waterfront properties, to unique neighborhood homes, to thickly wooded estates, I enjoy representing clients in pursuit of the many different ways we are able to truly live the South Sound!
