As the Principal Managing Broker in Tacoma, Realtor® Jasmyn D Jefferson mentors brokers through one-on-one training and offers a variety of classes for the office. Working closely with agents, and helping them build businesses that define their success, has been a rewarding experience for Jasmyn. She helps brokers achieve their dreams, and when they succeed, the team succeeds.

Jasymn first started working in real estate in 2003. She primarily worked as a residential and relocation specialist, and has experience as an online agent specialist and residential investor. She has been active in the Realtor® Association since 2006, and has since garnered many accolades through her service in multiple organizations. In 2009 she was WCR's member of the year in Tacoma, and was later elected president in 2013 and 2014. Previously she served as TPCAR's diversity committee chair, and was later given their President's Award for establishing a successful leadership academy in 2012. In 2017 she was Tacoma Pierce-County's realtor of the year.

She recently served on the Windermere Services Diversity Committee, and she was the Washington Realtor's YPN and diversity committee chair. Lately she has been influential in legislation affiliated with Washington Realty as the National Association Federal Political Contact for Congresswoman Marilyn Strickland.

When she isn't busy bettering the real estate community, Jasmyn loves to travel. She is constantly searching for sunny beaches and loves to explore the Pacific Northwest through hiking. Jasmyn also enjoys time spent indoors watching documentaries with her dog Chuck. She frequently spends her free time with people by volunteering for the residents of Tacoma (her hometown) and visiting with her daughter.
