As a branch manager, REALTOR® Jasmyn D. Jefferson oversees and manages the brokers at our Tacoma office. In this role, she provides guidance and support to brokers at all levels of their businesses and provides training in the form of one-on-ones and classes for the company. Jasmyn loves the open, inclusive, and supportive culture at WPP, and she’s impressed with the ownership’s desire to help brokers build substantial careers.
When Jasmyn started working full-time in real estate back in 2003, she primarily worked in residential resale, relocation, and investment properties in the South Sound. In 2015 she began a management training program, and in 2016 she joined us as part of our management team!
Jasmyn D Jefferson’s involvement with real estate and the community spans far beyond our office, though—Jasmyn serves in a number of important roles and positions. She is the Diversity Chair for Washington REALTORS®, a YPN Chair, and Key Contact for a State Representative. Jasmyn is also on the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS® Executive Board of Directors, and previously served as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Tacoma-Pierce County.
Currently, Jasmyn lives in Pierce County, and she loves the diversity and choice available in this area. She enjoys having plenty of options for outdoor activities, and exploring the Pacific Northwest through hiking and kayaking are a couple of her favorite things to do! Staying physically active is important to Jasmyn, as she likes to balance her health with all of the amazing food she likes to eat. She loves to take advantage of our exciting culinary community, and also enjoys cooking food for friends and family. Hanging out with her adult daughter is another favorite way to spend time, and now that Jasmyn is an empty nester, she travels as much as possible!
