As Administrative Manager at Windermere Professional Partners, Carli Santa Cruz’s list of responsibilities is a long one! She’s always happy to help with whatever is asked of her, and she is a notary, which is useful to our real estate agents. Carli has observed that at WPP, she always feels welcome and encouraged, and she loves the people she gets to work with.
Previously, Carli worked for 12 years in the financial services industry at Edward Jones, H&R Block Financial (now Ameriprise), and Morgan Stanley. During this time, Carli traveled with a heavily recruited broker, assisted financial advisors with their clients, and worked in recruiting and transitioning.
Born and raised in the Puget Sound area, Carli now lives in Tacoma, WA. She’s had the opportunity to travel, but to Carli, nothing compares to the beauty of Mt. Rainier! In addition to traveling, Carli enjoys going to the movies and watching football (go Hawks!) and basketball (go Lakers!). She likes to play darts, do TRX for exercise, and just enjoys kicking back to relax with her husband and their children. Carli also makes and sells her own custom jewelry and crafts; she has a business called Santa Cruz Jewelz.
