With more than 35 years of combined residential real estate sales experience, Jeff Williams, Mark Pinto and Miles Eaton have developed a client-centered way of doing business that sets them apart from the competition. Mark, Miles and Jeff each bring a unique set of skills and strengths to their partnership, allowing them to provide their clients with a broad and balanced perspective on the market. By limiting the number of clients they work with at any given time, they are also able to deliver exceptional service. It’s not just about putting deals together for them. It’s about understanding the wants and needs of their clients and safeguarding their interests. Their commitment to their clientele has definitely contributed to their success and earned them the respect of the brokerage community.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of homes you specialize in.
A: We specialize in historic and luxury homes in Tacoma, Lakewood and Gig Harbor. Our experience restoring historic homes gives us a unique advantage in the marketplace. On the listing side, we understand the value that a home’s history can add and we know how to highlight that value successfully in our marketing materials. On the buying side, our restoration experience allows us to help our clients better understand what might be involved when purchasing and improving an older home.
Q: You also specialize in another niche market— equestrian properties. How did that come about?
A: Jeff has shown quarter horses competitively since childhood. He really understands horse properties and the unique considerations involved in buying or selling them, which gives him a level of expertise in this niche market that few Realtors can match. Most of our focus still remains on traditional residential real estate sales in Tacoma's North End, but we’ve found ourselves working with more and more clients interested in buying or selling equestrian properties around the Puget Sound.
