Family is also exceptionally important to Erin. Her husband Tom and their two daughters, Lauren and Shannon, are her greatest blessings. They are all so supportive of her real estate career, and now, her daughters know more about the real estate market than most adults do! Erin is especially proud of the fact that her daughter Lauren has owned her own home since she was 20 years old.
Q: What can clients expect when working with you? How do you typically communicate with them?
A: I am super relational! If you've ever worked with me to buy or sell a home, then you know that I don't let you forget about me. I pop by to say hello, always with a little gift. I send birthday cards, I send transaction anniversary notes, or I call when something inspires me to reach out. My business is almost 100% referrals, and I love working with amazing people!
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: Having grown up in North Tacoma and Fircrest, I know Tacoma well. Now that I’ve lived in Puyallup for 18 years, I also have a great deal of knowledge on the Puyallup community, too! I specialize in residential real estate, and I particularly enjoy listing homes, helping current homeowners transition into different living situations, and working with first-time homebuyers. I am comfortable working in any Pierce County neighborhood!
