Anne Jones’ REALTOR® story is simple: She’s local girl who lives and works in the city she loves! After graduating from college, Anne worked in sales for a publishing company and then spent time as a project manager in her parents’ construction company. Learning how to build and present homes was definitely great experience for her, but working with customers has always been something she greatly enjoys and it just comes naturally!
Q: What can clients expect when working with you?
A: This can be a very "me too" business, but I'm not focused on what other people are doing. I'm continually looking for ways to make the experience of buying and selling a home better for people! It’s also important to me to establish lasting, trusting relationships with my clients— trust is the key to a great agent/client relationship. I feel privileged to work with people I like and enjoy!
I’m intense, but not high pressure. Clients get a lot of electronic communication from me once we are working together, but nothing beats a great face to face meeting.
Q: Tell us more about the kind of real estate you specialize in! What neighborhoods do you work in?
A: The most frequently requested home I am tasked with finding is a craftsman home— many people come to North Tacoma specifically searching for a craftsman. It's my job to match them with the best home AND neighborhood to suit their lifestyle, so sometimes they will end up in other locations, or other types of architecture. I especially like Fircrest and University Place for their mid-century inventory.
